If the item you have ordered is in stock, we will normally deliver it within 3 – 5 working days. If the item is not in stock, delivery will usually be 7 – 14 working days.
Palletised Deliveries – Handling and Restricted Access
We will deliver palletised deliveries as close as possible to your front door. If this location is unreachable for any reason, delivery will be made as near to your property as possible.
The delivery driver is not insured to carry goods inside your property. The pallet will be delivered to your property as stated above. We recommended that at least 2 able bodied people receive the delivery to carry the goods inside.
Damaged Goods – Customers’ Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods for damage with the delivery driver. Damage should be noted on the delivery documents and delivery refused.
The customer should then notify us of any damage within a reasonable period. We will not accept claims for goods damaged in transit which were signed for as being in good condition on delivery.
